Doug has over twenty years of hands-on experience cleaning, repairing and improving the look and function of buildings and their spaces. He has acquired his skills in the oil and gas sector overseas and up north, in Okanagan yards and rooftops in Calgary. He is mechanically adept, tool savvy, sensitive to the specifics of a job, great at running crews, dependable and no stranger to long hours of manual labour.
His skill set is complimented by Jessica’s ability to run a business from the finances to human resource management from her time as a Field Operations Manager for a not for profit over 9 years.
Together, their goal is to continue building a sustainable and professional company with a reputation that will precede them. They are invested in being more than just a business- this means supporting and uplifting other local businesses and giving back to the community.
